The terms and conditions contained hereinafter (“TERMS OF USE”) shall apply to the use of the website www.papershala.com and any other linked pages, products, software(s), API keys, features, content or application services (including but without limitation to any mobile application services) in connection therewith, offered from time to time by PaperShala (“PAPERSHALA” or “WE” or “OUR” or “US”) (collectively, “WEBSITE”).
Any person logging on to or using the Website (even when such person does not avail of any services provided in the Website (“SERVICES”)) (hereinafter referred to as a “USER”, “SELLER”, “YOU” or “CLIENT”) shall be presumed to have read these Terms of Use (which includes the Privacy Policy, separately put up on the Website) and unconditionally and irrevocably accepted the terms and conditions set out herein (these Terms of Use). These Terms of Use, together with the rest of the Policies (defined below), constitute a binding and enforceable agreement between the User and PaperShala.
If you register for a free trial for our services, the applicable provisions of this agreement will also govern that free trial.

Refund policy
If any user has complaints regarding the working of the website we will help assist them and help them out as quickly as possible. However, we will not issue refunds to any user once they have completed the payment. We do not provide any refunds if the price drops, or if we offer subsequent promotional pricing or change the content or features of the Service.
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel your account or access to services at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice. If you create more than one free account on our portal then we also suspend your service.

Each user license is valid for one year unless otherwise stated.
We don’t see/sell your content. Your content is always secured with us. We don’t share your content like questions, user details, papers, etc.

Governing Law, Settlement of Disputes and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising under it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of these Terms of Use or in connection with these Terms of Use may be brought EXCLUSIVELY in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and the Users irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaperShala, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, claims, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of the Agreement or any agreement with a provider of third-party services used in connection with the Services, Content that you post, and any ecommerce activities conducted through your or another user’s website.
